REGULATIONS FOR WORK AND ACTIVITIES OF EXPERT COMMITTEE

          The Expert committee is a standing Committee of Institute for Legal Analysis and Research and shall exercise its powers under the state legislation, the Statute and Rules of organization and procedure of Institute for Legal Analysis and Research and the present Regulations for work and activities of the Expert committee.

          The Committee co-operates with the Governing board, Consultative council, Editorial council, Advisory council of Institute for Legal Analysis and Research, while in its activities it is guided by the following regulations:

          1. The Expert Committee shall be represented by the Chairperson and in case of absence by the Deputy Chairperson.

          2. The Chairperson of the Expert Committee shall chair the meetings and maintain contacts with the Chairperson of the Governing board, the Chairmen of Consultative council, Editorial council, Advisory council, members of the Governing board as well as representatives of the subsidiary bodies of the organization. In the absence of the Chairperson of the Expert Committee, he/she shall authorize the Deputy Chairperson to chair the meeting of the Committee.

          3. The meetings of the Expert committee are ordinary and extraordinary meetings and shall be convened by the Chairperson at the request of at least one third of the members or by the Chairperson of the Governing board as well as by the Chairmen of Consultative council, Editorial council, Advisory council, members of the Governing board.

          4. The Agenda, time and place of the ordinary meetings shall be determined in writing by the Chairperson of the Expert Committee. In case of extraordinary meetings been held by the Commissions, the Agenda shall be announced at the same time with calling of the meetings. The meeting Agenda of the Expert committee shall be published on the website of Institute for Legal Analysis and Research, immediately after its formulation.

          5. Temporary Commissions to the Expert Committee shall be established ad hoc, for the research of particular matters and for the conduction of research, as the information shall be published on the website of the organization. The temporary Commissions shall discontinue their existence with the expiration of the term for which they are created, or before the term - by Resolution of the Governing board after achieving the task of formation.

          6. The temporary Commissions to the Expert Committee may hold joint meetings when considering common questions. These meetings are governed by agreement from one of the Chairmen and each of the Commissions separately shall consider its Resolution on the matter.

          7. The Expert Committee and the temporary Commissions shall file appropriately all the prepared and working documents.
