CERTIFICATE DEED OF DONATION

        Institute for Legal Analysis and Research, with registered office and business address town of Burgas, Burgas District, 24 “Tsarigradska” str. - Administrative business center “Tsarigradska”, 4th floor with UIC № 175633210, registered in Central Register of Non-profit-making Legal Entities Sector to the Ministry of Justice under № 20090305009, represented by the Chairperson  Petar Bakardzhiev, by virtue of Article 25, Paragraph 1 from Rules of procedure for receiving and managing donations,

        Issue the present Certificate - Deed of donation by approved model, by virtue of Article 25, Paragraph 2 from Rules of procedure for receiving and managing donations of Institute for Legal Analysis and Research, to

        “Evrokon” OOD, with registered office and business address town of Burgas, 15 “Vasil Lervski” str., registered in the Commercial Register to the Registry Agency under UIC 102170575, represented by the Manager - Radostin Dimitrov Ralev with Personal Identification Number (PIN) ХХХХХХХХХХ.

        The present Certificate - Deed of donation approves,

         that “Evrokon” OOD has donated amount of money, by virtue of Article 13, Paragraph 1, section 2 from Rules of procedure for receiving and managing donations to „Institute for Legal Analysis and Research”, because of that is registered, as Grantor by virtue of Article 22, Paragraph 1 of Rules of procedure for receiving and managing donations of Institute for Legal Analysis and Research, in Donation Book under №4.

        The present Certificate - Deed of donation is official document, issued by the Chairperson of the Governing board of Institute for Legal Analysis and Research by approved model in one copy, valid while presented in original.

        The Certificate - Deed of donation is individual and concerns only the person to whom it has been issued.

        Copy making is forbidden!
